Paediatric First Aid

For childminders, nursery workers & nannies.

Our Paediatric course consists of Unit 1 & Unit 2 &  comply  with Ofsted regulations and in addition to this are on the QCF framework as Level 2 Paediatric First Aid. This means you can use the unit credits towards a qualification should you wish to. You can choose to complete either or both Unit 1 and Unit 2.

Unit one is 6 hours and Unit 1&2 12 hours.

         Which course do you need?

Childminders in Kent are required to undertake their training from a local authority  ‘Approved Provider’ such as Peak Skills.They are required to complete Unit 1&2 to complete their registration & retake the training once the certificate expires.

Cost includes certification to comply with Ofsted regulations

Assessment. There is a short multi-choice assessment and ongoing practical assessment by the tutor.
