Part of Peak Skills Ltd, Cornerstone Training UK has been delivering industry-leading First Aid and Health & Safety courses since 2008. Over the years, we have built a diverse client base across a wide range of sectors, earning a reputation for practical, high-impact training.

Led by Real-World Experience

Our lead trainer, Wayne, is a military veteran who served his country in demanding operational environments around the globe. As a qualified FREC 4 (First Response Emergency Care) Out-of-Hospital Care Practitioner, Wayne brings unmatched front-line experience to every session, translating complex emergency response skills into practical, easy-to-learn techniques.

Our Philosophy

We believe exceptional first aid training goes beyond simply memorising facts. Our goal is for every participant to leave our courses not just with knowledge, but with the genuine confidence to act when it matters most—remembering always that the worst first aid that could ever be delivered is no first aid at all.

First Aid

Peak Skills are members of the First Aid Industry body FAIB with accreditation for workplace first aid courses available through an Awarding Body when required. All our workplace first aid courses meet the guidelines set out by the HSE. Peak Skills offers all levels of First Aid - adult, paediatric, workplace, home, recognised courses and bespoke courses.

Mental Health First Aid

Peak Skills offers the Adult Two Day Mental Health First Aid (England) course, an internationally recognised certificated course accredited by Public Health England. Individuals can book on to one of our open courses, or we can run In-House courses for a group at your venue.

Manual Handling

Peak Skills deliver the 4 hour Principles of Manual Handling course and will happily tailor a bespoke course to your requirements to enable you to meet the needs of your employees in your workplace.
